Towards the end of 2008, I was feeling completely discouraged about everything due to one reason or the other. I thank God for His Holy Spirit and for the lives of those that God used to encourage me in one way or another for me to keep marching ahead in the light of His glory. During my discouraging moments, God opened my eyes to see that the devil's plan is not to attack our faith because no one can have divine faith without grace of God. We acquired divine faith by God's grace not by our own might or power. God saved us with His own divine faith and by His faith; we have hope of eternal life rewards from Him. It is only in our hope of eternal reward from God that we can continue to walk by God's own faith, which is all to do with sacrificial love. The devil's overall plan is to attack our hope because he knows that it is only through hope that we can remain mindful of God's own faithfulness and by so doing operate in the same heart of Godly sacrificial love to reap the full reward of God's faith in this life and in eternity. The devil knows that it is impossible to operate in Godly mind of faith when we are discouraged from seeing that God is faithful always.

The devil of course is a liar and loser always and to God be the glory I began the Year 2009 with a renewed hope and trust in the word and plan of God for my life. Given the increasingly depressive picture of the world, it goes without saying that it is high time we all unite as Christians and begin to act in one Mind, Body, Spirit and Soul just as the early disciples did for the glory of God. Let us for Christ sake put aside our wordily selfish ambitions and join hands together for a speedy exodus march ahead this year and in the coming years for the glory of God. My goal this year is to talk less and act more because it is only through actions that we can start making our voices heard. Too much talk with no action will never bring any meaningful results. Our God is a God of action and it is through His love and actions of love that he translated His word of creation and promise into Immanuel to be with us in this life to keep us in the hope of His eternal reward for us. The God of action is on our side and if we all unite to act according to the will of His Holy Spirit, all of our vision will become manifested as a united Christ ministry that will continue to bless people from generation to generation from now to the end of days. However, without proper unity it would continue to appear as if the devil is wining which is all a lie because the devil is always going to be a loser as a liar. Let us all unite to continue to shame the devil by making it a point of duty to encourage someone out there daily for them to remain hopeful in their walk with God. As we do so for the glory of God we will never be void of encouragement ourselves because God will always encourage the encourager. As an encourager, I pray our Lord Jesus Christ the author and finisher of our faith will always keep you in good cheer, fill you up with His divine courage, be by your side all the way to the finishing line and crown you with His crown of glory as His ultimate reward for all your labour of love in this life.

I thank God for His renewed strength in my life and for His daily encouragement in a world full of discouragements. I would like to seize this opportunity to thank God for the lives of all those that directly and indirectly encouraged me one way or another in my ministry life to overcome all of my discouraging moments.
