THE WILES OF THE DEVIL PDF Print
Written by Pastor Olabisi Kufeji

Scripture Reading: Genesis chapter 3, Ephesians chapter 6 and Matthew chapter 4 verses 18 to 22

The wiles of the devil are all to do with a systematic approach, game plan and strategy put together for a dead end result. This game plan and strategy is based on the “fisherman” principles and its main characters consist of:

1. The actual strategy

2. Action plan

3. Operational matters for the achievement of the objectives.

1. THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE STRATEGY ARE:

(a) Formulating a general and specific surface need concept that is common to all and manipulating the minds to be mindful only of such needs as the only means of having fulfilment in life.

(b) Formulating and promoting attractive solution plans and encouraging concentration on those plans through painting a picture of evil market dominance and monopoly

(c) Deceiving man to ignore their true spiritual needs by focusing minds on surface problems

(d) Brainwashing the mind to remain in wrongful convictions

(e) Misleading the eyes to conclude that nothing else exist beyond the naturally seen.

(f) Creating a fear hype factor to generate tension and through tension, confusion

(g) Grooming the dead to make use of them as his tools of manipulation

(h) Devising opportunities for emulating devilish ways through media hype of false image of power, wealth and success

(i) Generating imaginations and passion for sins, wicked lust and desires through promoting lustful images

(j) Accounting value to things that has no spiritual value and controlling the mind to pursue those things as objects of highest value.

(k) Directing the mind to be natural life focus so that the truth will always appear as lies and lies as truth.

(l) Debilitating the mind from focusing on reality by focusing the minds on illusions

(m) Crippling real spiritual progression through brainwashing the mind to believe that natural life progress is evidence of real success.

(n) Generating mass evil discipleship through systematic brainwashing techniques and creation of a false image of stardom for emulation purposes.

(o) Confusing the mind to remain in denial of truth and reality through confusion and raising of doubts.

(p) Shifting attention away from true knowledge and wisdom by promoting carnal knowledge as complete full proof whole knowledge of life

(q) Discouraging responsibility and accountability by leading the mind to be blame focused, self-oriented, absolvent and self-justifying

(r) Blindfolding the eyes from seeing the true spiritual blessings by leading people to believe that they already have the true blessings and success

(s) Discouraging focus and attraction to God by leading the mind to believe that God is the enemy and that relationship with God brings no joy, enjoyment or rest

(t) Hyping himself to appear as the one with power to dictate who will be rich, poor or live or die

2. THE ACTION PLAN AND OPERATIONAL MATTERS

The strategy, action plan and operational matters is all formulated on the fisherman principle and the two main stages to this principle is as follows:

(a) The fisherman principle level 1- The hook, bait and rod game plan. This is designed to catch one fish at a go instead of many fish at once. The fisherman entraps the fish through a game of hook, bait and rod. The fisherman sets out to catch the fish in its own domain of habitation without getting wet. To succeed, the fisherman must first carry out a fish needs and wants analysis and pretend to meet those needs and wants to lure the fish into the bait and from the bait the hook. The characteristics of the hook, bait and rod action plan are as follows:

The predator- The fisherman

The intention- To entrap the fish to devour -or supply to others for devouring purpose or imprisonment reasons

The prey- The fish

The bait- worms -You give value of necessity to the bait to generate a magnetic attraction. In the case of the fish, the value of necessity is food and food of course is necessary for the fish survival.

The hook- a deadly weapon that will bring to an end the life of the fish –The game plan is to hide the hook in the bait so that the danger does not become obvious

The rod- Is the controlling weapon line, which holds all the lies together, and so long as the prey does not see who is holding the rod or the intention of the one holding it, its attention will be on the bait.

The working characteristics

The fish swims for the bait believing that the bait is food that it needs for survival. The hook of course is already in place and once the fish goes for the bait which is the worm he will automatically get hooked by the hook that is hidden in the bait and all the fisherman has to do is roll up his rod and grab hold of his catch to do as he pleases with it. The bait, hook and rod game is only intended for catching one fish at a time. This game plan requires close watch and proximity to quickly roll in the prey once it gets caught.

The necessary attributes

The necessary attributes and characteristics a fisherman operating within the bait, hook and rod game plan needs to have are:

  • Patience,
  • Right skills for putting the bait on the hook in such a way that will gain the fish trust and not raise suspicion.
  • Knowledge of the preys habits, weakness and desires
  • Good timing and precision for maximum success
  • (b) The fisherman principle level 2 –The net game plan. This is designed for mass catch. The net in this game plan is the trap object placed in the fish own place of habitation by the fisherman to catch any fish that tries to swim past the net. The fisherman knows that the only way he could catch more than one fish at a time in their own place of habitation is to set a kind of trap that will work to attract other fishes to enter the net just by seeing other fishes in the net. The fishes that are outside the net have no way of knowing that those inside the net are actually trapped and by the time they even begin to have any clue that this is what the net is there for to entrap them ,they are in their many numbers already trapped in the fisherman net.

    The necessary Attributes:

Just like the bait, hook and rod strategy, the fisherman operating alongside the net principle must have, patience, however unlike the bait, hook and rod strategy, the fisherman does not have to be in close proximity given that the idea is to catch as many fish as possible. As per trust issue, the strategy is to use the first trapped fish to lure the other fishes to enter the net. The bait therefore is the first trapped fish and the whole idea is to attract and use this bait to gain the trust of other fishes to lure them to also enter the net by making the fish appear in the net as if it is alive, totally free and having great fun. The net principle works to achieve its aim because the fisherman knows the character and nature of the fish. For instance, the fisherman knows that fishes are attracted to other fishes that they do not consider a danger to them. Fishes are curios speeches and out of curiosity will follow a road of exploration to find out what is at the end of that road. Fishes are territorial and will always pursue their territorial aims through terrorising other fishes to scare them away from a territory that they want to take over. Fishes rely on fishes and other marine speeches to survive and in this sense, the ultimate attraction is food. The smell of a dead fish for instance, in the net is a magnetic attraction. The fisherman aim is to catch the fish dead or alive and as a result the fisherman is not particular about how many ends up dead or alive. The faith of the fish in the hands of the fisherman is already sealed and it is either death for devouring purposes or imprisonment without any chance of making it back to own territory. For instance, in the case of catching to make the fish a land pet, the fish although is kept in water has no real freedom because the water is usually in a confined space, which goes against the fish’s nature of total water world freedom.

Application of these principles to human beings in the human world.

Relevant scripture: Gen 3, Ephesians 6

The bait, hook and rod principle:

    The predator-Satan

The intention- To entrap and devour –or to cage in darkness imprisonment and make use of as bait to lure others into eternal darkness

    The prey- humans

The bait- money and other believed necessities that are commonly considered akin to our earthly existence and survival

The hook- Those that you are closely and proximately in relationship with

The rod- Is the controlling weapon line, which holds all the lies together, and so long as the prey does not see who is holding the rod or the intention of the one holding all attention will be either on the bait or freeing yourself from the human that is the hook.

The net principle: The human bait in the net principle are those that appears to have possession of everything you desire to have. The bait creates a magnetic attraction to lure people to a dead end. The human bait in the net principle are usually those people that appears to have it all from you looking at them at a distance. From seeing them at a distance, they appear, free, powerful and in control. Even though they are inside the net to achieve massive attraction to the net, they are specifically designed to appear as the height of successful and enjoying life to the fullest. To succeed the predator Satan in any of these instances must have understanding of the desires of his prey. A desire is different from a need because what you desire is not always what you need. A need is essential to your survival more like a lifeline whereas a desire is something you can be without and still survive without it, feel completed and indeed fully fulfilled. However, the game plan of the predator is to make the desire a need and manipulate the entire circumstance, mind and thoughts of the prey to believe that the desire is actually a need that the prey must have not only have to survive but also to feel completely fulfilled.

Example of a desire turned to need is surplus money. The desire for surplus money is all to do with what people believe money represents or comes with having money. The list below is common examples of some of the things that people see money as representing:

Blessings, high status and class, dominance, territorial powers and control, purchasing and acquisition powers, influence, affluence, satisfaction, peace of mind, joy, control use of your time and that of others, survival, freedom from labour force, honour, respect, happiness, dignity, progressive success, wealth, glory, independence through self sufficiency, achievement, promotions fame and popularity, goodness and much more. In light of this, it is obvious to see why money is high up there on the devil’s bait list.

Operations matters of the “ fisherman” principle in relation to human:

There are three levels or stages of operational matters in the human respect and the applicable operation depends on the level and stage one is. The stages of operations are as follows:

Stage 1: Stage 1 is for those that does not know. The operational strategy applicable here is the net approach. This is because here the focus is not on a particular individual instead it is on the unknown masses to keep them firmly at the unknown stage. The bait here are the human equivalent of the imprisoned corrupt, dead rotten fish. This rotten fish are designed to be the masses subjects and objects of emulation. The net approach is all for the purpose of generating curiosity, wordily desires and passions only for the things of the world. This works by painting a picture that makes the bait appear as if they are having all the fun to attract others into the net even though they are in darkness prison.

Stage 2 plan- Stage 2 is a game plan geared towards those that knows. Operational strategy applicable here is the bait, hook and rod strategy. This is so because the operative plan here is all geared towards leading a specific person that now knows to be frustrated through trials and never ending provocations. The use of provocations is mainly to effect disengagement from the truth, raise doubts to generate confusion and ultimately to motivate sins to activate God’s wrath. A person that is in the know is God’s own bait that is meant to attract souls to Him as the truth, the life and the one with ultimate power to disinherit or give eternal life inheritance. To have grace is to automatically have real blessings, which of course is goodness in entirety. Goodness in entirety automatically comes with honour, courage, advantage, favour, perfect life justifications, internal peace, joy and rest, eternal wealth, power, talents etc. The objective aim of the bait, hook and rod strategy is to make the person with God’s grace appear dishonourable, at a disadvantage, dissolution, full of disgrace, guilty, liar, evil, wicked powerless, poor, cursed etc. The use of this strategy here is to prevent the person from having patience, trust God or focusing on God. The devil’s plan is to make use of patience for a devilish end and not allow man to make use of it for a good end result.

Examples of the workings of stage 2 operational plans are as follows:

    • Constant accusation of wrong doings by close associate persons that are meant to support and help you so as to make you appear guilty and unjustified by God still through their false accusations of wrong doings
    • Evidence gathering mission by close associates to smear the character of the person
    • Abusive control to activate anger towards God
    • Making it a point of duty to magnify weak points
    • Focusing on the person’s past to make them believe that they are delusional about their present relationship with God and their future hope of eternal life
    • Seek to proof that they are still guilty of sins. The whole essence of this is to orchestrate self-justification and self revenge and by self-justification and revenge God’s wrath
    • Seek to point blaming accusing finger on them at all times
    • Make regular pull on the hook to create discomfort and provocations and once they react in provocation condemn them that they are not after all of God.

Stage 3 plan: Stage 3 plan is all for those that knows and are now famously known as savants of God in the world. The application of stage 3 is for the redeployment of those that knows back into the net so that they can become baits for mass evil attraction. The main characteristics of this game plan are all to do with:

    • Shifting the mind and attention back to the world
    • Making the person world ambitious and world empire building mission minded
    • Focusing on vanity and no longer real prosperity for world gains

Stage 3 is a very dangerous stage because the person on the surface now appears as God’s representative but on the inside now working for the devil. The stages are all barriers to heaven and unless one overcomes at every stage, there can be no making it to heaven, which of course is the devil’s entire strategic plan.

The entire game plan of the devil in the world is to make God unattractive and himself attractive and without God’s help, no one can overcome any of these stages to make it all the way to the finishing line to receive from God the crown of righteousness. Therefore, as Ephesians chapter 6 says, we must put on the whole armour of God at all times. Not only must we know the wiles of the devil we must at all times guide our loins with the truth and shod our feet with the gospel of truth and salvation so that we can progress speedily to the finishing line for eternal goodness sake of our souls. I pray that whatsoever you are going through today that neither the net nor the hook will have effect on you. I also pray that by the special grace of God you overcome all wiles of the devil and make it all the way to the kingdom throne land of God where there will be no more sea, tears, evil hook or bait to ever trouble your soul.

    Blessings!!!
