The mind is a very important aspect of our being. It dictates our actions, reactions and reasoning process. As an important aspect of our being, the mind is one area that is constantly targeted by the devil to create confusions, doubt and ultimately unbelief against the true Word of God.

A lot of the time when we think of warfare, we hardly consider the mind as the worse warfare platform of all. The mind is not only a warfront platform, it is a place where spiritual war is fought and can be outrightly won or lost. The mind as a battlefront is a place were the right Godly thoughts, ideas and beliefs are constantly at loggerheads with devilish suggestions, ideology of evil and wicked sinful information. Sadly, several souls have in fact lost the mind battle with Satan even though in the natural religious arena, they continually appear to be highly militant and seem to be having great upper hand against the devil in the casting and binding physical religious world arena.

The devil targets the mind because he knows that if he can control the mind, then he will be in charge of the thoughts and reasoning process. The devil knows that whosoever controls the thoughts and reasoning process dictates the human beliefs, aspirations, inspirations, feelings, life priorities, ideology, actions and reactions in the world. And being the rebel that he is, the devil is after controlling the mind to lead and direct it in total rebellion against God's righteous ideas and perfect ordained ways of life.

The devil knows that if he can clog up the reasoning process with false ideas and contaminate it with wicked lies and antichrist ideas, the spirit man will be highly resistant to Godly truth and extremely embracing to spiritual lies as intended by Satan. Indeed without proper decontamination of our spiritual mind with Godly truth, the spirit man will follow devilishly intended soul destructive path and risks ending up completely permanently condemned in damnation of hell judgement fire.

Many people today in the Christendom arena are daily shopping for deliverance like never before. They are desperately going from one Church to another earnestly seeking some man or woman of God to deliver them either through laying of hands, or by the pouring of olive oil on their heads, through washing with religious soaps by the river, or by the drinking of some sort of concussion mixed with ribena drink, etc. The fact of the matter is, to pursue this herbalist concept of deliverance, which has been imported into the Church arena as a Godly solution concept in order to deny people true knowledge of deliverance, is in itself evidence of devil's controlling grip over the thought process.

Deliverance is only possible through the name, power and blood of Jesus. Any ideology of deliverance outside of the name, power and blood of Jesus is nothing but a devilish lie masqueraded as Godly truth for the purpose and essence of keeping souls in the world bound in darkness bondage. Whilst it is possible for us to experience deliverance through laying of hands, such deliverance will be extremely short lived if the mindset is not renewed. The key to our mind renewal is in the knowledge and understanding of the Word of God. When we have knowledge and true meaning of God's Word, we have every advantage over the devil. And this is the reason why the devil floods people's mind with lies and seeks desperately to keep people in his lies so that they will not have understanding of true knowledge and by knowledge freedom and total deliverance from his wicked lies.

The deliverance several souls in the Christendom arena needs today is a mind deliverance. If the thought process is controlled by the devil then the line of reasoning is bound to consistently lead to negative conviction and conclusions. Mind deliverance can only take place when we begin to seek God in relationship mindset and not in heart and mind of quick fixes for our worldly problems. It is only through our relentless daily personal relationship and fellowship with God's Holy Spirit that we can continuously counteract devilish lies and remain overcomers against the wicked lies and ideas that Satan constantly throws at us in order to make us doubt God and lure us away from God's holy presence back into his sinfulness.

It is highly important as believers that we are constantly conscious of the fact that the real battle arena is actually in the mind. If there is a battle going on in our minds and we are oblivious to this fact, then it becomes virtually impossible to be able to counteract the wicked weapons of lies the enemy relentlessly uses to control the mindset and keep the spirit man bound in sin.

Today as you read this, take a moment to pause and ask yourself: What is the state of my mind and what exactly is going on in there right now that I might for all intent and purposes be totally oblivious to.

I pray you will by grace and mercy of God win the battle of the mind against Satan and not end up as a victim of his wicked mind games. Amen.

Ephesians 4:20-24

"But ye have not so learned Christ;

If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:

That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;

And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;

And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness".
