Anger is an automatic reaction to provocation. But through self control, we can manage our anger and ensure we do not end up sinning against God with our anger. Self control is only possible when we are spiritually matured. It is only through our spiritual maturity that we can rise above the wrath centred egocentric nature of the flesh and operate in the meekness powerful and might of the redeemed spirit  man. So help us all God! Amen. 

"Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath."
